Arrange to move in/out/heavy items

Per the Owners Corporation rules, if you are moving anything larger than a single person can carry without causing property damage (for example, while moving in or out of the building, or having furniture delivered), you need to book in with the Building Manager.

To organise a move, please complete the form linked below. It is also an opportunity to subscribe to our residents email / urgent SMS list, used to provide important information to residents about what’s happening in the building.

Bookings

Must be arranged at least 2 days prior to the intended move. Times will be subject to lift availability. It is recommended that bookings are made as early as possible in order to avoid disappointment.

Lifts are not to be used unless the LIFT COVERS are in place. Bookings are to be arranged by completing the form link below, which will be recorded and sent to the Building Manager.

If you fail to make an appointment and someone else is using the lift, access will be denied to your carrier.

Access

Carrier access is only available via Queens Lane. Do not under any circumstances prop open doors. You need to inform your carrier that due to height restrictions, high vehicles cannot access the car park.

Times

You’ll only be able to book on weekdays (excluding public holidays) when no one else has booked. Two slots are available each day:

  • 8:30 AM - 12 PM
  • 12 PM - 3:30 PM.

You must ensure your move starts and finishes within the booked slot.

Contact

Should you need to contact the Building Manager, please call 0407 881 020 between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM weekdays. Please book your move using the link below before contacting the Building Manager.

Rules applying to moves
